The statement is as true as it is obvious. Science has proven that the mind is the only reality we know of, and yet there are no hard evidence that we can point to that would prove that reality exists beyond the boundaries of the mind. So, how do we know there is a reality? We simply say that our senses and our perception of reality is real, and we cannot disprove this statement. The problem with this statement is not only is it an unproven statement, but most people don’t understand how they can prove or disprove anything.
